Exchange/Return Policy

We allow exchanges of fully resalable merchandise within (7) days after your order is received. 

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or unaltered in any way and in its original packaging. 

To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within (7) days of receiving your order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal items (bodysuits, swimwear, earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

A store credit will issued for the original purchase amount excluding taxes and shipping costs.
